8.10.060 Smoking and vaping.

A. It is unlawful to smoke within any city park or the Anacortes Community Forest Lands.
B. It is unlawful to vape or carry any active vaping device within any city park or the Anacortes Community Forest Lands.
C. A person who violates this section is subject to a class 1 civil infraction per Chapter 7.80 RCW, carrying a maximum penalty and default amount of $250.00, not including statutory assessments. (Ord. 3050 § 1 (Att. A), 2019)
