A. It is unlawful to make or maintain a fire or flame of any kind, including a campfire, within the Anacortes Community Forest Lands.

B. A person who violates this section is subject to a class 1 civil infraction per Chapter 7.80 RCW, carrying a maximum penalty and default amount of $250.00, not including statutory assessments. (Ord. 3050 § 1 (Att. A), 2019)
