A. It is unlawful for any person or persons to drink or consume intoxicating liquor or beverages or to have in his or her possession an open container containing such intoxicating liquor or beverage within the boundaries of the Anacortes Community Forest Lands or any city park, except Washington Park.

B. A person who violates this section is subject to a class 2 civil infraction per Chapter 7.80 RCW, carrying a maximum penalty and a default amount of $125.00, not including statutory assessments. (Ord. 3050 § 1 (Att. A), 2019)
