A. The ACFL and all city parks, except the campground and boat launch at Washington Park, are open to the public only from five a.m. to ten p.m., unless otherwise posted by the Director of Parks and Recreation.

B. The Director of Parks and Recreation may close any section of a park or the ACFL at any time by posting notice in the closed section.

C. A person may not enter or remain in a closed section of a park or the ACFL without written permission from the Director of Parks and Recreation.

D. A person who violates this section is subject to a class 2 civil infraction per Chapter 7.80 RCW, carrying a maximum penalty and a default amount of $125.00, not including statutory assessments. (Ord. 4029 § 1, 2022)
