“Anacortes Community Forest Lands” or “ACFL” means that area of forestlands owned by the city of Anacortes and commonly designated on city maps as the Anacortes Community Forest Lands, not including Washington Park.

“City park” means a piece of real property owned by the city and designated as a park by the city Parks and Recreation comprehensive plan and denoted with appropriate signage.

“Smoke” or “smoking” means the carrying or smoking of any kind of lighted pipe, cigar, cigarette, or any other lighted smoking equipment.

“Vape” or “vaping” means the use of a vapor product, or the act of inhaling/exhaling the vapor or aerosol from a vapor product, as defined in Chapter 70.345 RCW. (Ord. 3050 § 1 (Att. A), 2019)
