A. Departments may approve requests for refunds or credits for services paid for but not used or rendered up to one thousand dollars per payee per year.

B. The city council finance committee may approve requests for refunds or credits for overbilling or unused services up to fifteen thousand dollars per customer per year. (Ord. 2956 § 1 (Att. A), 2015)
