2.46.050 Tree action process.
This section is included in your selections.
Any person or department seeking to plant, remove or significantly alter a street tree under the supervision of this committee shall:
A. File an application with the parks department to be submitted to the street tree advisory committee.
B. The street tree advisory committee shall consider the application and make a recommendation to the parks director.
C. The parks director shall inform the applicant of the recommendation and proceed with the recommendation unless there is an appeal. All appeals will be heard before the city council with the decision final. (Ord. 2565 § 5, 2001)
