10.12.320 Parking—General time limit.

A. It is unlawful to park for a continuous period in excess of 72 hours on any street block.
B. Exception. A vehicle is not limited by subsection (A) of this section if the vehicle:
1. Is a passenger car;
2. Is not a junk vehicle;
3. Is operable in its current state;
4. Has a current state registration and license plate tabs; and
5. Has a registered owner corresponding to an abutting property owner or resident. (Ord. 4054 § 1 (Att. A), 2023)
