Article IV. Residential Parking Areas Revised
10.12.410 Residential parking areas—Established.
A. Established.
1. Residential parking areas A and B are established on the street segments shown in Table 10.12.410-1.
2. The Director of Public Works must post appropriate traffic-control signs in each residential parking area to give notice of the parking restrictions imposed by this section.

B. Restrictions.
1. Within Residential Parking Area A, it is unlawful to park, without possessing and displaying a valid residential or guest permit as provided in this section, for a period in excess of one hour between seven a.m. and three p.m. on days when Anacortes High School is in session.
2. Within Residential Parking Area B, it is unlawful to park without possessing and displaying a valid residential or guest permit as provided in this section, at any time. (Ord. 4054 § 1 (Att. A), 2023)
