A. Any dog which is declared to be a “dangerous dog” pursuant to this chapter or Chapter 16.08 RCW shall be required to be sterilized by a veterinarian of the owner’s choice, at the owner’s expense. If the owner does not have the animal sterilized within 30 days, the city animal control officer may seize the dog and have the animal sterilized at the owner’s expense.

B. Any person owning a dog which is declared to be a “dangerous dog” pursuant to this chapter or Chapter 16.08 RCW is prohibited from acquiring or owning any additional dangerous dogs. (Ord. 4021 § 1 (Att. A), 2022; Ord. 2955 Att. A, 2015)
