6.02.230 Impoundment register.
This section is included in your selections.
The police department and city designated animal shelter shall maintain a register/case log of all animals impounded pursuant to this title and such register shall show:
A. The identification tag number and EAID, if any;
B. Species and breed of the animal;
C. Description by coloring and markings;
D. Time and date of impoundment;
E. Name of officer impounding the animal;
F. Area in which the animal was picked up;
G. Method and time of notifying the owner, if known, of redemption procedures;
H. Final disposition of the animal;
I. Date and time of disposition. (Ord. 2955 Att. A, 2015)
