This chapter shall be binding upon the city, the port and any port tenants on the airport. The port will be responsible to insure that its tenants comply with this chapter. The parties acknowledge that the port shall have the right to lease, divide, assign, or transfer all or any portion of the interests, rights and obligations under this chapter to other parties acquiring an interest or estate in the property.
