Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 114 of the International Building Code, Section 113 of the International Residential Code, Section 115 of the International Mechanical Code, Section 115 of the International Fuel Gas Code, Section 112 of the International Fire Code, Part I, Section 106.3 of the Uniform Plumbing Code, any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is committed, continued, or permitted and upon conviction of any such violation such persons shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00.
