A. Upon receipt of the application and the application being deemed complete, the shoreline administrator shall publish a notice of the application in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Anacortes, post at least two copies of the notice prominently on the subject property or in conspicuous public places within three hundred feet thereof, and mail to all agencies with jurisdiction and property owners of record within three hundred feet of the subject property. All persons submitting written views or, in writing, requesting notice shall be entitled to receive a copy of the action taken on the application.

B. As a part of the substantial development permit review process, the planning commission will hold a public hearing on the application.

C. Public hearings shall be notified in accordance with Section 17.62.010.A.1 and 2. (Ord. 2838 § 1 (Att. A), 2010)
