18.16.030 Shoreline exemptions.

A. Regulated Development Activities. For a list of shoreline exemptions see Chapter 2 of the Shoreline Master Program.
B. Process. Shoreline exemptions shall be processed as an administrative permit application without public notice or comment. The decision maker shall be the shoreline administrator. (Ord. 2838 § 1 (Att. A), 2010)
