A. Application for encroachment agreement, one hundred dollars;

B. Application for utility extension, one hundred dollars;

C. Application for street improvement waiver, one hundred dollars;

D. Application for curb cut permit, fifty dollars;

E. Application for street cut/R.O.W. permit:

Inside traveled way, fifty dollars,

Outside traveled way, twenty dollars;

F. Engineering plan reviews, 0.5 approved engineering estimate for all public works improvements;

G. Construction inspection, five hundred dollars plus 1.5% approved engineering estimate for all public works improvements, with a reduction of up to fifty percent of the percentage fee approvable by the director of engineering and development services when he/she finds that the developer provides on-site construction inspection and construction engineering through private consultants to the same standard as that of the city;

H. Reinspection fees for curb cuts, street cuts and sewer connections, additional one-half of the original permit fee;

I. Increase sewer inspection fee from twenty-five dollars to fifty dollars;
