Any person, firm or corporation who violates, or permits, or allows anyone to violate this chapter, or the registered owner of any watercraft found in violation of this chapter, shall be guilty of an infraction and shall be assessed a penalty of $500.00. (Ord. 4054 § 1, 2023. Formerly 10.12.250)
