Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall have committed a Class 1 civil infraction and shall be subject to a civil penalty as specified in Chapter 7.80.120 RCW as amended, and any applicable court rules. (Ord. 2960 § 2, 2015; Ord. 2906 § 2, 2013)
