A seal, the impression of which is as follows: In the center, the words: “Corporate Seal,” and around the outer edge, the words: “City of Anacortes, State of Washington,” shall be and is established and declared to be the seal of the city. (Ord. 10 § 1, 1891: Ord. 1 § 1, 1891)
