Commercial refuse collection and disposal shall be an optional service. Commercial recyclable materials collection is not provided by the city. Commercial organics collection and disposal shall be an optional service. Except for commercial recyclable materials collection, optional services shall only be provided by the city of Anacortes or its designated third party contractor. (Ord. 2953 § 1, 2015)
