6.16.030 Keeping potentially dangerous wild animals prohibited.

A. It is unlawful for any person to own, possess, keep, harbor, bring into the city, have in one’s possession, ordinance as a custodian, or have custody or control of a potentially dangerous wild animal, except in compliance with this chapter.
B. It is unlawful for a person to breed a potentially dangerous wild animal. (Ord. 2955 Att. A, 2015)
