It is unlawful for any person to ride or lead a hoofed animal on any sidewalk within the city limits, unless otherwise specifically designated by the city’s engineer for such use. No person shall ride or lead two or more hoofed animals abreast on any city street. (Ord. 2955 Att. A, 2015)
