It shall be unlawful for any person to deliver, sell, offer or give any live animal for scientific experimentation which involves any cruel or inhumane treatment. It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct scientific experimentation on live animals which involves any cruel or inhumane treatment. (Ord. 2955 Att. A, 2015)
