D. The number of subscribers with basic services;

E. The number of subscribers with premium services;

F. The number of hook-ups in period;

G. The number of disconnects in period;

H. Total number of miles of cable in city;

I. Summary of complaints received by category, length of time taken to resolve and action take to provide resolution;

J. A statement of its current billing practices, and a sample copy of the bill format;

K. A current copy of its subscriber service contract;

L. Report on Operations. Such other reports with respect to operation of the cable system within the franchise area relating to area relating to franchise compliance as the city deems necessary. (Ord. 2346 § 1, 1995)
