A. Owner’s Permit—Required. No person or corporation shall own or operate a for-hire vehicle business in the city without complying with all the laws of the state regarding the conduct of such business or the operation of for-hire vehicles per RCW 46.72, and without first having obtained a valid Anacortes business license with a For Hire/Limousine Addendum. B. Operator’s Business License—Required. No person shall operate a for-hire vehicle upon the streets of Anacortes for any trips or fares of any nature originating within the city without first having obtained a valid Anacortes business license with a For Hire/Limousine Addendum.
