A permittee must, when making application for any changes in tariffs affecting the provisions of this chapter or any approval issued hereunder, notify the city in writing of the application and provide the Council with a copy of the submitted application. The permittees must further provide the Council with a copy of any actual approved tariff change affecting any approval issued pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. 3039 § 2, 2019)
