Any person erecting or maintaining poles under authority of this chapter must ensure that its poles are maintained in a manner that does not significantly distract from the visual appearance of the pole. Such maintenance may include cleaning, replacement, painting or repainting of the pole. Wooden utility poles are not required to be painted. (Ord. 3039 § 2, 2019)
