A. A permittee may activate a formal process for renewal by submitting a completed master permit renewal application with the City Clerk. The application must include the following:

1. The information required under AMC 5.38.070;

2. Any information required under the master permit agreement between the city and the applicant;

3. All deposits or charges required under this chapter; and

4. An application fee to be set by Council. (Ord. 3039 § 2, 2019)
