A. All licenses shall be for the calendar year and shall expire at the end of the year.

B. The license fee or tax imposed in this chapter shall be due on the last day of each and every month and shall be paid on or before the twenty-fifth day of the following month and if not so paid a penalty of ten percent shall be added for such delinquency. (Ord. 2301 § 2, 1993)
