Any violation of any ordinance of the city by a licensee under the provisions of this chapter shall be just cause for the revocation of said license by the city council and for demand upon the bond filed with the city clerk-treasurer and the city council may revoke said license and proceed upon said bond upon notice first being given the licensee. No moneys paid to the city under this chapter by licensee as license fee shall be returned to a licensee whose license has been revoked. (Ord. 1040 § 8, 1949)
