The City Clerk-Treasurer shall keep full and accurate records of all funds received under the provisions of this chapter. Upon receipt of any license fee and/or penalties collected under the provisions of this chapter, the City Clerk-Treasurer shall deposit the same to the current expense fund. (Ord. 3028 § 1, 2018)
