3.53.010 Creation and purpose.

There is created in the city treasury a fund to be known as the paramedic donation fund which shall receive revenues from donations and contributions from private sources. Such revenues shall be used for the following purposes:
A. Purchase of nondisposable rescue and emergency medical equipment;
B. Purchase of materials and equipment for use in public education courses;
C. To cover expenses for training and continuing education of paramedics. (Ord. 1870 § 1, 1982)
