There is created a fund to be known as claims fund, into which fund there may be paid moneys from time to time from any funds which are available, and upon which fund warrants may be issued and paid in payment of claims against the city for any purpose. Appropriate accounting shall be maintained to show the department or departments and the respective amounts for which the warrants are issued and paid. (Ord. 1108 § 2, 1953)
