The city shall maintain the cemetery in an orderly fashion which includes all buildings, fences, drives, water lines, and other improvements. It shall also maintain at a reasonable interval all cutting, trimming, thatching, and watering of turf, and grass, raising sunken graves, and such other work as deemed necessary by the park and cemetery director.
