The charter of the authority in the form attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference is approved. Upon the effective date of this chapter, the charter shall be issued in duplicate originals. One original shall be filed with the city clerk-treasurer and the second original shall be provided to the authority. The city clerk-treasurer shall give notice of the issuance of the charter to the Secretary of State. The authority shall commence its existence upon the issuance of the charter and shall conduct its affairs in accordance with the charter. All amendments to the charter must be approved by ordinance by the city council. (Ord. 2598 § 4, 2002)
