Any reserve policeman who has shown himself to be unfit for police work as contemplated in this chapter may be dismissed by a complaint filed by the chief of police and he shall thereafter upon request be given a hearing before a board consisting of the mayor, assistant chief of police and one member of the civil service commission. Any finding of said board shall be final and conclusive from which there shall be no appeal. (Ord. 1091 § 4, 1952)
