Former Ch. 2.40, §§ 2.40.010—2.40.160, pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. 854, 1935; Ord. 880, 1937; Ord. 2038, 1987; Ord. 2039, 1987. Additionally, § 2 of Ord. No. 2876 provides that for the period between the effective dates of Ordinances 880, 854, 2038, and 2039, and the effective date hereof, any conflict between the provisions of Ordinances 880, 854, 2038, and 2039 and the provisions of Chapter 2.40 shall be resolved in favor of the application of Ordinances 880, 854, 2038, and 2039.
