The public defender’s office shall maintain a case reporting and management information system that includes the number and type of cases. This information shall be made available annually on the City website and shall also be made available to the office of the administrator of the courts upon request. Any such system shall be maintained independently from client files so as to disclose no privileged information. The public defender’s office shall quarterly certify compliance with caseload standards with the Anacortes Municipal Court. The certifications shall be available to the city on request.
