It is anticipated that lot line adjustments and/or land divisions, including condominiums will be required over the life of this chapter. The parties agree that such applications shall be deemed vested in the use of the rules set forth in this chapter, subject only to the procedural requirements set forth in this Code implementing RCW 58.17 et seq.
