The purpose of this chapter is to establish, permit and mitigate for certain land uses and land disturbance activities, together with a comprehensive mitigation plan applicable to certain land uses, and to certain land disturbance activities, such as tree removal and land clearing, and the removal of the FAR Part 77 obstructions.
