A. A violation of this chapter is a public nuisance.

B. The director may impose a civil penalty of up to one hundred dollars per day per violation.

C. The city attorney is authorized to take other actions, including actions for injunctive or other relief, to enforce the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 2991 § 1 (Att. A), 2016)
