A. Unless specifically exempted herein, this chapter applies to all discharges that occur in the city limits of Anacortes.

B. This chapter applies to the discharge of contaminants to surface water, stormwater and groundwater as set forth in AMC 18.30.050 and requires certain sites and activities to utilize best management practices as set forth in AMC 18.30.050(E). (Ord. 4023 § 1 (Att. A), 2022)
