A. There is hereby established and implemented a special valuation for historic properties as provided in Chapter 84.26 RCW.

B. The Anacortes historic preservation board is hereby designated as the “local review board” for the purposes related to Chapter 221, 1986 Laws of Washington, and is authorized to perform all functions required by Chapter 84.26 RCW and Chapter 254.20 WAC.

C. All Anacortes properties designated under authority of this chapter shall be eligible for special valuation as set forth in Chapter 84.26 RCW. (Ord. 2705 §§ 1—3, 2005)
