The owners of such wires shall, as part of an underground project, cause to be restored to good condition and repair to the satisfaction of the city engineer, any pavement, sidewalk, sewer, water main, or public utility equipment or facilities disturbed in connection with the work of removing any existing poles supporting the wires referred to in this chapter in said areas, or in connection with the placing of such wires underground; such restoration and repair to be made pursuant to ordinances relating thereto.
