A. In the event of a violation of any provision of this article, the fire department shall promptly notify the licensee thereof and, if the situation warrants it, give the licensee a reasonable opportunity to take corrective action.

B. Any licensee or employee of a licensee who violates any provision of this article shall subject the licensee to suspension or revocation of the ASBL pursuant to Section 13.54.310 herein. Any person violating a provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars.
