The city may contract with the county and/or a public corporation under RCW 35.21.730 (“public corporation”), or private service to provide all or a portion of emergency ALS/BLS ambulance service within the county and outside the city limits on such terms and conditions agreed upon by the city and the county and/or public corporation.
