The cost of making additions, betterments or purchases to and for the emergency ALS/BLS ambulance service shall be paid from such sources and by such means as the city from time to time may direct, in accordance with RCW 35A.80.010, and other laws of the state as the same now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.
