The city may inspect the monitoring facilities of any SID to determine compliance with the requirements of this chapter. The SID shall allow the city or its representatives to enter upon the user’s premises at all reasonable hours for the purposes of inspection, sampling, or records examination. The city shall have the right to set up on the SID’s property such devices as are necessary to conduct sampling, inspection, compliance monitoring, and/or metering operations. (Ord. 1945 § 4.5, 1984)
