A. The city reserves the right to amend this and the terms and conditions hereof in order to assure compliance by the city with applicable laws and regulations. All National Categorical Pretreatment Standards adopted after the promulgation of this chapter shall be adopted by the city as part of this chapter. Where a SID subject to a National Categorical Pretreatment Standard has not previously submitted a disclosure form as required by Section 13.40.190, the SID shall file a disclosure form with the city within one hundred eighty days after promulgation of the applicable National Categorical Pretreatment Standard by EPA. In addition, any SID operating on the basis of a previous filing of disclosure statement shall submit to the city within one hundred eighty days after promulgation of an applicable National Categorical Pretreatment Standard the additional information required by subsections (A)(6) and (A)(7) of Section 13.40.190.

B. Where National Categorical Pretreatment Standards are found to be more stringent, the industrial wastewater acceptance form shall be modified by the director, if deemed necessary.

C. The SID shall be informed of any proposed changes in the ordinance at least thirty days prior to the effective date of change. Any changes or new conditions in the ordinance shall include a reasonable time schedule for compliance. (Ord. 1945 § 4.2.2, 1984)
