A. Customers who own property that has a current use classification with the Skagit County Auditor under Chapter84.34 RCW as farm and agricultural land may request and the city may provide a seasonal agriculture irrigation meter for agriculture irrigation purposes. The cost of water provided pursuant to this subsection will be set by resolution of the Anacortes City Council.

B. Any customer other than described in subsection A of this section may request a meter and, if available, the city may provide a seasonal meter, with all water used to be billed at the city’s commercial water rate. (Ord. 3024 § 1, 2018)
